Tokyo Recants Ban on Britney

Tokyo Metro says they will allow full presentation of the Britney Spears naked-and-pregnanat Harper's Bazaar photo spread. They were originally going to censor it, but has recanted, says that "they understand the publisher's intention was to portray a happy mother and not to be sexually explicit."
